DA Jason Williams promised a swift release as soon as the killer is captured.

I don't believe this shite. It seems like there is one of these every other week for the last 18 months.

There has been more shootings, only 6 dead. One woman was interviewed and bullets came in and hit the back seat.

Another the bullet grazed her sunglasses.

These dudes with most likely stolen guns aren’t going to the range every weekend to practice. Plus a moving target.

You can absolutely have plate readers on the interstate

I always thought the LSP had them attached to their patrol cars that scans the registered owners information to their onboard computer with database access to multiple record checks (suspended license, DWI history, felony status, ect ect) and warrant checks.

I believe BRPD is only concerned with BOLO status when scanning plates.

Why? and what is your background in gangs?

We’re those teens that severed that old ladies arm in some gang? Or did they just want to do hood rat things? It’s a cultural problem.

The murders keep seeming to have cars filled with bullets. The shootings seem to be errant shots or crossfire type things.

The sunglasses incident came off like road rage, but JPSO hasn't made an arrest despite them thinking they had enough to do so.

There are fixed LPRs on the interstate throughout the state.

You need to understand that our gangs down here are hybrid gangs. Street corner types... they do stupid shite to get you in then they kill one of em off and change their name to distance themselves.

Thats the level of gang I am talking about... not organized mafia type initiations...

When I’m crusing through da East on my way to Visions, I vary my speed and make frequent lane changes, and my head is bobbing around around like I’m Ray Charles or Stevie Wonder. Just in case.
