How to not be poor:
1. graduate high school.
2. get a job.
3. don't have kinds until you are married.

If you do those 3 things you will not stay in poverty 99.8% of the time.

It wouldn’t matter.

Financial incentives don’t help but just look at the birth rate in undeveloped countries. Poor, uneducated people have lots of unprotected sex.

Exactly not fair to the kids to have to grow up in such a terrible situation with extremely poor parents that can't take care of them financially. Horrible

We should take them away from their parent, put them in government homes, and make them work 8 hours a day plus go to school. That way, they will learn the value of hard work, something their parents could never provide. Then, they will be able to pass that value down to their own children, and the cycle is broken. It's an easy solution, but we can't implement it due to all the bleeding heart enablers.

But but Zachary......

Until LA structures it so citizens are agreeable to increased property taxes, it’ll never happen.

Btw, it will never happen.

Funding of schools is not a problem. Shitty parents are the problem.
I live in Jefferson Parish and something like 30% of the kids are in private school, but everyone still pays the normal taxes. No amount of money can fix the stupids.

Getting married does not always mean you can afford them.
3 don't have kids if you can’t support them
