No alleged. He would walk right up and grope women. He groped a girl we know at a bar at a parade. Then told her he knows every jp officer that would respond.
Tons of women knew him as a handsy fat arse.

Yup. My wife knew a few women that he pulled this shite with. She said one of her friends had an incident where he towed her car and tried to swindle her into sexing him for him to give it back to her. He got handsy with her as well. She told me this story and others long before he met his deserved fate, so it wasn't one of those in the moment pile on events. She's always hated him, and I only know of his bullshite due to what she has told me.
