10 bucks back in the day could get you pretty fricked up...

When I was at Southeastern, you could use your meal plan debit to get beer in the student union...

and there was a store across campus that had 1 dollar 32 ounce draft beers.. We took advantage of the perks..

You could get into Tucks with no cover and buy a mixed drink pitcher for $5 on a Tuesday 15 years ago.

That might qualify for back in the day though now that I think about it.

I think being in your 20's in college is the best experience. 30's - 60's is too old.

Was in college in high school late 80s and college early to mid 90s, graduated 1995. The 80s were definitely the best time to be in college, more specifically the early 80s. The stories I heard from back then we're legendary. I remember being jealous that we couldn't get away with what they did in the 80s.

The "rules" crowd killed the fun times. Crackdown on underage drinking, raising the drinking age from 18 to 21, just ruined everything.

Early 90s did have penny pitcher nights at Mankato State in Mankato, MN. We had Drown Nights at South Dakota on Wednesday's, $10 all you could drink wells and draws at the Char Bar. The Pub is ending 2fers this fall. They've had 2fer Night on Thursdays for 22 years. Thanks Rona.

Wasn't Daquiri Hut on the corner? Behind the Daiquiri Hut.

I'm trying to figure the store with 32oz draft for $1. I don't remember that.

I can barely remember those days. Power Tools, The Lizard Lounge.

Oh and The Cadillac Bar, when it was cool.
