1000%. I'm just not sure what happened first. Did the travel system start to take grip so the rec system gave up? Or, did the rec system deteriorate so the travel system took grip? Nonetheless, the rec system is a failing model and may eventually be completely gone or extremely isolated. Jefferson Parish is already trying to consolidate, and they probably should.
