In other news, Oklahoma experiences $12.88 in property improvements following a mild earthquake.

Damn Cushing OK is where all of the strategic oil reserves are. Could end up being a lot of expensive damage.

5.3 is a pretty serious earthquake I think. Hope no fatalities.

Apparently was only about 10km deep. That's shallow... definitely not "natural plate shifting" depth.

Cushing is a large storage area but the Stategic oil reserves are all on the coast in La and Tx.

Felt it pretty good in Bixby. We had a 5.8 several weeks ago. This one wasn't as bad.

Law of averages.

They've been the Dukke v of politics the past decade. Wrong on the Iraq surge, wrong on the stimulus, wrong on healthcare reform, wrong on the Arab Spring, wrong on Putin being harmless.

But democrats actually listen to the scientists, as opposed to republicans who listen to their big money donors only.
