Heck, I'd be as bold to say that if BR had a booth like this to separate cars to pace them out the roads would be BETTER to drive on.

It's not the same building but a couple of years back there was a story about the Chinese clearing out some neighborhood or village to build a freeway and one dude refused to leave.
