It's not a bad point they made at it's core. Just think about it for a bit. I think he's gotten the stiffest sentence of a police shooting yet.

Not really.
He copped the same charge that this cop did and it took 8 months before charges were filed.
ETA: While it's bullshite that the other 3 haven't been charged, I'm sure they will be, and it won't take 8 months of full pay like Noor got.
