We are glad your trailer isn't here as well. What story is next in your pretend life?

What idiot would spend $10 a can on that garbage?

I’ll watch games on tv at home, thank you very much

I am that idiot. I spent $142 at the game on beer. It was a 2 hour delay. What else were we supposed to do?

Wow that is the saddest stat I have read in a while. Louisiana continues to pave the way for setting the bar as low as possible

Alabama's most popular beer

Most popular beer in Alabama is, you guessed it, Michelob Ultra.

You Gumps are so easy to destroy.

i am a Texan living here, and i love shitting on Louisiana as much as the next guy, but this is stupid. huge beer sales at a football game, especially one that got delayed for hours, is as American as apple pie.

It is the fact that people bought 41000 beers is sad.

I guess those women gotta watch their figures after eating cracklins and jambalaya all day at the tailgate.

Do they sell any decent beer at TS? I'm not above a bud lite or mich ultra, but they're definitely at the bottom of my list and only really consumed when nothing else is available.

Figure is closer to 60,000. Nearly 11,000 Bud Lights and then they have a few other beer and seltzer options too.

At a 5-hour football game? That doesn't seem that high to me. 102,000 in attendance. Figure a couple thousand are kids. That leaves less than a little over half a beer per adult when you factor in all the beers bought.

If they would cut the cost back from $11 to about $6-$8, they could double those numbers

That and run happy hour in the 4th quarter and nobody leaves early!

I would also recommend increasing doubling the urinals through out the Stadium.

Another reason to stay local for LSU games and I don’t have Facebook account. The football game experience is so bad now. Give me the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s football. Even though we never won championships, the experience was so much better. The only music you heard were from the bands, now it’s just crap piped in. But I guess that’s progress, or wokism.

Agreed. Selling a $0.10 bottle of water for $3.50 should not be allowed. Especially considering your only other option is essentially drinking out of bathroom sinks.

I've literally gone to the bathroom just to drink water from the sink before in Tiger Stadium. I've been in almost every SEC stadium. Tiger Stadium is the only one i can think of where free drinking water isn't easily accessible, from a fricking water fountain instead of drinking out of the sink like a hobo.

Bud Light (16 oz): While not third in total sales, it finished as the night’s second-most popular beer option, bringing in $119,010.

Found the guy that had the Bud Light..

I like Michelob. The only domestic light beer I’ve never liked the taste is Bud Light.

That’s a stark contrast from seeing coonasses staggering around Tiger Stadium with a fifth of Jack back in 1982.
