I didn’t think people your age posted in here. Interesting

45 to 55 for me. Physical decline got a lot faster after 55. I'm 61 and life is great, but I can't do as much.

I am going to disagree. 40s were good but with 3 young kids we were all over the place and there was always pressure to earn enough to pay for their private schools, college and activities. In our 50s the kids are pretty much set as adults, we are empty nesters and have a lot more money and time to travel, eat out, indulge in hobbies etc... We take care of ourselves so our health is good.

I get steroid injections in my shoulder and one knee to keep me hunting and being able to fish consistently. I don't think I could throw a cast net if I didn't get at least 2 shoulder injections a year. I'm not going through another shoulder surgery. My bicep tendon was already cut and is pinned to under my armpit.

But other than that, good to go.

55 for me too, fortunately I can still do anything a teenager can do, but I can tell 55 was a turning point.

May have to agree. I’m 30.

By 40, student loans will be gone, car notes will be gone, kid will be in middle school. Should have a decent amount of spare income to play with depending on the next 2 presidential elections

42. still hit the gym 5-6 times a week. Hit PR's on a fairly regular basis. feel good most time. at this age its mindset, you can choose to be old or not.
