How many of these are for stupid reasons though?
In an unrelated note, I looked into how much tax credits green buildings make. Holy shite. $1.80 tax credit per square foot.

Heres a simple reason... asbestos. That map may as well be a map of existing buildings with asbestos insulation in it somewhere across NYC.
