I took it to mean a mental health professionals they deploy out when someone is some sort of mental crisis but that’s just a guess

I don't think they're the winners as much as they're the only 4 cities willing to agree to this stupid thing.
People like you will bitch about anything, especially something coming from the Trump administration. I don’t pretend to know if this is will ultimately work or not but want I do know is those 4 cities have been plagued by crime for decades. Trying something different is better than doing nothing

/So how many flock cameras are we getting?/
Always posted by someone with no children. In today’s society, I want there to be as many cameras as possible in case some psycho grabs my kid.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, if you live in Louisiana and are within 50 miles of Nola, BR, or Shreveport, the chances of you being “Boys in da Hood’d” in your lifetime are 1,000 times greater than you being “Winston Smith’d”.
Come on, be a realist here.

The chances of you being falsely identified and arrested because flock made a whoopsie are 1000x more likely than your kid being abducted and the crime solved by a flock camera.
All the times flock gives shite information and someone is arrested only to be released it is bad police work. Once someone is caught they give credit wholey to the flock cameras.
