The animals in the Jackson zoo have a higher IQ than the people running the zoo and city combined.

I'm not the kind of guy easily defeated by wildlife but a mink had claimed my boat and a bucket of minnows. I wasn't allowed to approach either without being screamed at and attacked. At one point I managed to kick him off the dock and he rebounded off the water like it was solid ground and bit through a heavy leather boot in the blink of an eye.
Mink are not to be trifled with.

Jackson could have moved the zoo to a respectable and acclaimed museum area of the city, downsized, and made it a legit destination for neighboring states but fricked it up and blocked the upgrade with zero real alternatives. Its proposed new location would have taken over a 9 hole golf course right next to the natural science museum and the children’s museum…a couple of places Jackson didn’t completely frick up.

Lol...well they also stink. There are guys that have somehow managed to train them to hunt other vermin and they are voraciously efficient killers.
I went down a internet video worm hole about them. I've seen vids of bobcats mistakenly attacking them and getting the business.
