4 More Bourbon Strip Clubs Shut Down

The clubs are Rick's Cabaret, Larry Flynt's Hustler Barely Legal, Stilettos and a male strip club, Hunk Oasis
Along with previously, Rick's Sporting Saloon, Dixie Divas, Scores and Temptations.
That leaves five strip clubs operating with liquor licenses in the French Quarter: The Penthouse Club, Gentleman's Quarters, Larry Flynt Hustler Club, Big Daddy's and Kama Sutra Cabaret.
What I don't understand is how losing your liquor license is considered an appropriate punishment for prostitution?
