This is really unfair. First, the state cuts funding to colleges and universities. Next, they threaten to cut TOPS by 80%. Now, they are taking away this young ladies' ability to pay for tuition. I mean, like 90 percent of the young ladies' are in the elementary education program at UNO, right?
