Why isn't this a mass shooting that gets TV coverage? 4 kids, gone. There is no regard for human live in some of these communities in this town. This is fricking bullshite. I'm at my desk and can barely focus i'm so upset about this.

May want to edit to read Bastrop, TX, as most would assume Bastrop, LA, based on the focus of this site.
Edit - Turns out it was Bastrop, LA. A search turned up an old shooting there rather than the one OP referred to. Which they didn’t link.

You talking about the one that happened at 12:30am? Maybe there is a merket for you this. Build you something that mines the data/voice of every police scanner in the country and go live immediately on YouTube to cover it within 30 minutes of receiving the information. I believe in you. You can do it.

Did a search on Bastrop shooting and the top article was about 4 dead, shooter included, at a Bastrop, TX, apartment. Turns out it was an old article.
