no matter if it is muscle or fat, you put a strain on your internal organs when you carry excessive weight. Not saying that has anything to do with his covid experience.

I mean it's possible. When I worked out I got pneumonia and was in the hospital for about a week. Lost almost 25 pounds. Was brutal.
