He murdered him after he was no longer a threat to the son. You people are irrational.

as a parent most of you simply cannot fathom the way I would respond

No offense to those without kids, but until you have kids and feel that deep of a love and total devotion to then, you simply have no point of reference to what a parent is willing to do for their kid. Simply put, no other love save that of a man & wife can even come close to the bond between parent and child. When it comes to their kids the old saying "I'd storm the fiery gates of hell itself" is very literal in most parent's minds.

Thanks for the example. Funny how most of the comments thought sentence was harsh.

The victim was the grandson of a prominent italian american business man. The pedophile disappeared on his way home or to work one day and they opened businesses to compete directly and quite predatory fashion - with his families business..... I think as the dust cleared pedophile had about 8 victims most lived in the area where he lived... I am sure he fled to chile or someplace like that.

4 and I would give my life for them. I would not commit an evil act for them. I believe killing a man in cold blood who poses no threat is an evil act.

a pedophile/rapist is a threat as long as he's out on the streets

Easy to say this without knowing the rage you would feel if it happened to your child.

You're laughing but there's someone on here honestly trying to say that there was no rape or molestation and that instead it was a case of Doucet running off with Plauche's wife (he may or may not be an immediate member of the Doucet family).

He was in police custody. Are you denying that this was an act of revenge and anger?

Easiest way for Rickety to let us know he's a massive bag of douche. My only question is why he thinks it's necessary in every single post.

Then you would be relying on the court system to serve justice

If you want justice, go to a whorehouse

If you want to get fricked, go to a courthouse

The world is better off with Jeff Doucet dead

Which is what we do in a civilized society. We are a nation of laws.

That said:

This is true. However, the end does not justify the means.
