Charged with possesion of stolen goods and theft under $1000 as well.
At the time they probably had no proof they had done the destruction. They only knew that they were responsible for transporting the statue head to the river.

Mostly because they are large cities and have something to wreck. New Orleans should be the example of the dystopian shite hole these cities could potentially become. We have nothing. No manufacturing or large tech sector or industry like other cities. Most of the population already is fundamentally dependent on direct government payments, the rest of the population is engaged in providing these services, and they have little interest in improving the situation in a meaningful way.
Our police department might as well have been defunded when the Obama Justice Department Consent Decree fricked it, in addition to the other twenty fives years of the city prepping it previously.
We are the rock bottom that Anti-Fa wants. The antifa soys in New Orleans really just don't know what to do with themselves for the most part. Hilarious that they had to stay in large groups and showed fear when they marched through majority black neighborhoods that one night. And pulling down ruins that took them a while to figure out existed.

The selective admission schools have always done well albeit not necessarily of the same demographics and diversity of the city.
Surprised nobody has said it is racist to judge admissions to the best schools on selective standards.
