My farm literally borders town. So we are pretty much a stray dog magnet.

If they excavate around my deer stands in 1000 years, they'll think dogs had their own Gettysburg right here.

I’ve got my gun with me now. I haven’t seen them once I got back to the farm but if I do I’ll probably approach them and use my best judgement. If they seem at all aggressive they gone
Hope you are a quick shot

This past Sunday, my lady friend and I were in Walmart getting a few things and we ran into one of her "friends" and her mother (she was over 70). Well the conversation gets to talking about dogs and the mom has a pitbull named King who has killed a momma cat and all her babies and has also killed atleast 5 dogs. She then shows me her arm and leg. The forearm has scarring all in it and her leg has a nice line it where she had to get stitches because the dog fricked up her leg. She also has a little ankle biter dog that's like a yorkie mix and apparently King got ahold of that and she had to use a shovel to get it to break loose.

After telling me all of this, she said she would never get rid of the dog because she loves him but in the same sentence told me she couldn't feed or water him while he was in the area for because she didn't know if he would attack or not

She also told me she rescued the dog "from across the train tracks" and it was raised by "People who annoy you"

I was a little taken aback by all of this and hinted to ole girl that it was time to GTFO

A man who helps my neighbor (farmer) would walk from his house to the farm. One day some pits jumped him while he was walking and he spent several days in the hospital and had a bunch of stitches.

When he got where he could walk to work again he carried a hatchet with him. A hatchet will frick up a pit bull, especially one that is held by a man strong enough to load hay bails 10 hours a day...

Culling for pest control is pretty humane.

Going about it in a dipshit fashion yucking like goofy is just an idiot thing though.

This really shouldn't be any different than termination of wild hogs or other problem animals like coyotes, gators, or raccoons.

Execute and get on with it.
