No Burden on the Defendant: Unlike federal law or most other states which require the defense to prove insanity by clear and convincing evidence or a preponderance of the evidence, a Massachusetts defendant does not have to prove they were legally insane, rather the prosecution must prove beyond all reasonable doubt that they weren't insane..
She was never diagnosed with postpartum psychosis and it only came up after she murdered her children.
That presents reasonable doubt for her NGRI defense. Maybe she was suffering from it, maybe she wasn't, but the fact that she had seen many mental health professionals and no one made that diagnoses until after the fact should make someone pause and wonder if it's bullshite. This guy obviously did just that

This is correct. Even the guy who held out basically admits according to the law she was NGRI
Where do you get this? From the one crazy claiming he said he had reasonable doubt?
He could have said he had reasonable doubt about the NGRI defense. He might not have even said that. We haven't heard from him as far as I know

This case will be the biggest blackpill of American men in our history. Imagine wanting to marry and have kids with someone so narcissistic and devoid of any agency or accountability that they excuse child murder.

Thats the problem with the Massachusetts law. In Massachusetts law the burden is on the state to prove beyond all reasonable doubt she wasnt insane.
In other states the defense has to prove that she was insane.
So her not having a diagnoses that she was insane didnt hurt her in Massachusetts cuz it doesnt prove that she was sane.

It would be awesomely poetic if these dumbasses running their mouths on their fame tour ended up being the ones to get her convicted
