The girls could have lied about their ages, the guys could have lied about their ages (they were already lying about their names).
Who didn't lie about their age when they were on summer break at the beach or a hotel pool?
I am not saying the dudes shouldn't be charged/prosecuted. I am just throwing a possibility out there based on personal experience of being a 14 year old on vacation and lying up about my age when hanging out with older chicks.
