A good way to check is to open up on the side of the toenail a little. If white puss shoots out you have found the problem.

The solution gets you percocet. Which you will definitely need.

Everyplace I see that is listed as 24 hours closes at 8:00.

Usually in the great toe. Maybe a small penetrating trauma he was unaware of is another possibility.

Doesn't the NBA Alumni system give y’all a 24/7/365 access line for emergencies?

Tell them (via that flip phone) that you’re considering self-harming.

Once someone shows up, then you can explain to them what you really have.
