I’ve never understood this...
If I need stitches, break my arm, or have a sudden cold, I’m going to my GP/ortho assuming it’s during business hours.
If it’s after hours, I don’t want to clog up an ER. Thankfully there’s one open until 11pm in BR...but most of them close by 7.
