That’s one house built in less than 3 months. What does it cost to make? Let’s say $15K roughly. He probably sells them for $50k, I’m guessing.
In 13 months, he’s built 5 houses at $75K, and sold them for $250K, profit of $175K.
That comes out to $161k a year.

by the way, the home he built that I posted is built on a swivel so the windowed side can be turned to facing/away from the sun to save energy costs. that was the coolest concept of the entire thing IMO.
