I remember a link being posted after the floods of some flyover pics being taken around Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. Anyone have the link they could share?

Speaking of the 2016 flood...

Trump signed the new law "fixing" the duplication of benefits issue back on October 5th. Gov Edwards sent the waiver request in that day and Trump had 45 days to address the waiver. However, the law uses the terminology "receipt of waiver" which means the 45 days starts when the White House officially "receives" it... whatever that means. The law also doesn't clarify if that's 45 working days or days in succession. Either way, Trump hasn't signed anything.

Garrett Graves has been blaming bureaucrats for the delay whatever that means. He's saying some lawyers don't think a waiver is required... others do... many are debating about who gets the checks for reimbursement... homeowners or the SBA directly if you have that loan. Either way, everyone seems to think that HUD has to act on the new law with new guidance.

Graves' office said that HUD is supposed to have a press release today with regard to this issue. No one has said what that means. Graves' staff won't say what happened in a closed meeting last Thursday with all these agencies and lawyers.

Hoping for good news, but thousands of people are being held up with rebuild and SBA payments because of this crap.

There was a guy who posted all of his helicopter images from 8/14. I tried searching the mega thread but couldn’t find it. I did find a post of mine with a link to one of the images. But couldn’t get to the whole site from there.
