Just because you arent looking for a fight doesnt mean you can't start one.

And how can you possibly be 100% sure what happened? Were you there? Are you close with a witness?

People not looking for fights don’t start fights.

I don’t know shite. I have read a few articles on the homicide and I have seen the culprits social media and they are straight up white trash. Sometimes common sense comes in handy.

He started a confrontation though. He put himself in that situation. And somebody who isnt looking specifically for a physical fight is just as susceptible to getting worked up in an emotionally tense situation as anybody else is.

Guy confronts trashy kids about being trashy. Trashy kids make smartass comments. Guy who is recovering from brain surgery and probably emotionally unstable already because of that flies off the handle at the disrespectful comments and holds trashy guy underwater. Girl hits guy with bottle so her friend doesnt drown. Guy dies from impact of bottle near his surgery wound.

That scenario is far more believable than a 5'2" 90 pound girl, who tox screens showed was sober, deciding to attack and kill a man who weighs 3× as much as her just because he asked them politely not to litter... That is actually a fricking ridiculous assumption to make.

You don't say? You're declaring people guilty of murder because you think their mugshots and facebooks are trashy

This is absolutely awful.

It's just not worth it. Why?? Why beat anyone to death? Because he told you to stop throwing bottles..

Good gracious.. As trashy as it gets.

But yet you are jumping to conclusions or assumptions.

Regardless, you don't have to beat someone to death and you are still responsible.

I know, according to his friends, but they said he is the type of guy who just makes sure everyone gets home safe and the kids are protected. Sounds like he was just standing up against the littering. Still shouldn't lose your life over telling some young people to knock it off.

It's crazy the society we live in today often puts blame on the victim. I'll never forget some of the comments I saw related to the Texas school shooter and how the girl shouldn't have rejected him. So sad.

It's like you can't even confront certain people today without them just shooting you or ending your life.. You can't even have a good ol fashioned fight without someone feeling the need to take the easy way out and killing you.

In and of itself not trashy, however trash has made having it on your vehicle a badge of honor which easily identifies them on the road.

You’re making every assumption in favor of the idiots that couldn’t police their own trash. It’s an odd take on the situation.

How in the hell did you even come up with this bullshite scenario? There is zero indication that anything like this happened at all. If it had, the SO wouldn’t have arrested all those people and the headline would have been “crazed man attacks and tries to drown teens.”

No, I’m not saying she is a hero. A man lost his life and that’s horrible. But there is always more to a story than what media throws at you!! Has anyone asked themselves why the Sheriff has been tight lipped about what started the brawl? It’s because it was the victims family. They are also very well connected with the Sheriff since the victim worked on his campaign!

Media makes it sound like this small woman goes up and bashed a dude on the head for asking to not litter.

You realize none of this is a reason for the man to be killed right? IF the truth is he was attempting to drown someone, maybe, but I highly doubt that was the situation. Sorry you are friends with a bunch of trashy losers.

His mom was murdered. She told a group of people to pick up after themselves. I guess she had it coming.

Was in courtroom with victims family for bond hearing. Truth came out. He was holding the kid in a chokehold, not asking him to pick up trash.

Yes, actually, I was.

Dad caught her fricking his brother, Lyle. They got pregnant and ran to California when she abandoned myself and my sister, Gina. She died recently too...good riddance.

Here is her story:

She is about to get off. It’s in the news today. The Alphonse dude was also found not guilty.

Alphonse Defense team brought in an Expert witness who stars in the HBO series “ Autopsy “ to create doubt on cause of death.
