The pleas came from Sean-Paul Gott, 22, of Lafayette, and Ryan Matthew Isto, 19, of Butte, Montana. A third former student, Patrick Andrew Forde, 21, of Westwood, Massachusetts, agreed to cooperate with prosecutors, who will decide on his prosecution later.

Actions have consequences, even in Greek wonderland.

John Gotti would not approve.
But in all seriousness there needs to be jail time for those involved

If he was the ring leader because he shot someone with an air soft gun then I don't think he deserves jailtime nor should taxpayers be paying for his room and board.

Loose lips sink ships.

Wow this is brutal
I had to sit on a block of ice naked, pick up a hot dog wiener with my butt cheeks then do a 40 yard dash

Read more about the case
I know about the case, I just wanted to point out how stupid the narrative is and how easily you progressives will grab them and push them.

I’m not linking you to the stories but he’s not doing jail time because he shot pledges with an air soft gun
Didn't stop you from pushing that really dumb narrative though.

He shot them with an air soft gun a few days before and was chastised by the actives and the board for being too rough with them then he forced Gruver to drink too much 2 or 3 days later. (Insert “he didn’t force anything” hot take here) State is trying to get other bad acts in to show pattern.
Dude was a douche on a power trip and took t too far.

I distinguished him from the other three by that unique fact about him that does not apply to the other three. Nowhere did I say he’s doing jail time because he shot them with the Airsoft gun. Not my fault you’re too dumb to understand my original post.

Let this be a lesson to all you young people out there considering doing anything remotely illegal.
People may talk shite about "brotherhood" and "being tight" with someone but when the specter of prison looms on the horizon, everyone is a snitch. They are throwing this one kid under the bus like he is a criminal mastermind in a Bond film.

But does it rise to criminal negligence?

We all did stupid shite in college. Most of us probably did criminally negligent activities.
And so did I, but there was never a dead son on the other end of my stupid shite.
