I am getting alleged details.
The alleged invader was kinda like a hit man (alleged to be sent by the homeowners first wife). The invader shot with a handgun the owner in the house where he died, The homeowner seems to have managed to shoot with a rifle (Edit: shotgun) (with birdshot) and hit the alleged intruder and he died outside of the house.
That's the alleged story of what may have happened.
ETA: I posted this late last night and was just saying verbatim what the person said when it came to rifle v shotgun. It didnt quite make sense to me either but thats what i was told by someone who was close to the scene and dealing with the situation.
