I didn't think she lost custody - only that beaux appealed and won the case where she was granted the right to relocate with the kids to MS....that's what the court documents posted here stated.

Courts almost always give 50/50 if the father asks. Many men can't due to the hours they work. Judges are granting every other week & no child support more than ever before.

50/50, yes. But unless both parents make roughly the same amount of income, there will still be child support, even in a 50/50 situation.

LPSO was in a local restaurant a couple of days ago reviewing video footage. They were “fairly certain” Tedd met somebody in the parking lot that morning before the murder.

That is correct. There is so much misinformation floating around here it is unbelievable. None of you know the whole story & you will soon find out it is not so simple. I have knowledge of this situation - have had for years. There was extreme abuse that started this God-awful mess. One thing for sure, this man was no saint. No, he didn't deserve to die, but let's not play judge and jury just yet. These poor children - they have been through enough!
