Sure, but them getting arrested has nothing to do if it was right to ask them to leave for loitering. They weren't arrested because they were loitering. They were arrested because they were asked to leave and refused. Loitering may have played into that, and it could have been something else too that we aren't aware of. What you said has nothing to do with my statement. Nice try though.

They were asked to leave. Not a fricking difficult concept. I’m sure you’d be cheer Starbucks if some skin head in nazi gear showed up and refused to leave after making a scene and they booted them

I haven’t followed this but is this correct?
Two guys go in hang out then ask to use restroom manager says no unless you buy something. They refuse. Manager asks them to leave. They refuse. Police called they asked again multiple times, they refuse. They get arrested loitering.
What am I missing?
