All hospitals and all Parish officials are being very quiet on which hospitals have any active patients.

yep and the more test that are being processed you're going to start seeing these numbers spike as well as Parishes with confirmed cases.

There are only a few hospitals in Lake Charles and now 3 active cases. He meant only one patient in that particular hospital.
That's what I meant. I was referring to one particular hospital.

they're going to have a big jump initially b/c we were basically not allowed to do official testing
then it comes down to rate of increase, which i don't imagine will spike nearly as much as other urban-metro areas of LA. Lafayette possibly is in the same boat

It seems like there are situations in which people could have been around someone who tested positive for Coronavirus, but for whatever reason local governments are not informing people who should be aware.
Does it violate some type of Hippa rule for specific information about this to be shared? If someone who works around a lot of people test positive. Is that person's employer not able to send out information that this person tested positive and for those who have been in contact with them should monitor their situation?

This is my hope as well. Urban metro areas have large downtown office buildings with many people packed in cube farms using the same elevators and bathrooms. Lake Charles has one, the Capital One building and that thing is about 60% empty. If not more.

the question becomes how long can we afford the lockdown
if that date is prior to a vaccine, all of this may be wasted

There are days I wish Chris was just a troll account like TulaneLSU because it really bothers me that there are people among us as stupid as he is.

don't interject logic into this. We are supposed to be scared and stay inside. frick the future. we must be safe today.

Is there away we can see who is more intelligent between the two of us? If so, I would like to challenge you on this.
