FYI Traffic is not moving.

UPDATE: 1315 - 1 lane remains open, crews are working to remove the semi.

It's not shut down completely anymore. Some traffic is moving as the left and center lanes are blocked.

There is always something at that part of the interstate. I dread having to drive that way everytime
