Wow
Wow is right, you don't even seem to understand the number you're arguing about.

A spike in new listings from May 29th to June 5th after the riots
You see a "spike", while anyone with half a brain sees the Memorial Day dip the week before, followed by a return to the prior level.

Were there also riots the weeks of 1/3, 1/31, 2/28, and 5/1?

If there are a lot new listings all of a sudden, does the median time on the market go up, down, or stay the same?

Do you work in the Real Estate Industry?

You think you have to work in real estate in order to understand basic math and logic?

The bottom line is that chart you posted is clear evidence that there has NOT been a spike in listings following the protests. Honestly I was expecting even a slight increase over the trend for the year, but you have shown that there has basically been no effect on the number of new listings.

You claimed you needed to be a time traveler to get numbers from the previous year

In order to get the number corresponding to the one posted in the OP, you absolutely do. Hilarious that you still don't get that. I don't know how to be more clear about the fact that the source of the data is zillow, and that you cannot access equivalent data from a year ago via the site.
