There are only 16000 deaths annually in the US caused by murder... so I guess we shouldn't spend money on law enforcement because it really doesn't matter right???

I mean if 39k deaths and rising in the us caused by covid in 2 months is a drop in the bucket... I'm just trying to make sure my logic is right.

Just saying we spend so much on courts, incarceration and law enforcement. Seems like we should ramp that down.

If you get in close proximity to somebody who will eventually be murdered, will it magically kill you too? No?

Next false equivalency please.

You have no logic to what you're saying, idiot.

This is such a horrible take, holy shite. One would have to be mentally challenged to think of some dumb shite comparison like this.

Lawlessness destroys a society as a whole.

It's not just direct murders, robberies etc.

Poverty, despair etc rise.

See nearly all big inner cities.

Most murders are committed in places where there’s almost no law enforcement presence because those parts of town are so bad.

I must have missed the part where the economy shuts down and everyone stays home because of those murder numbers.

Dumbfrick.

That's false. A lot of you have no iota of the criminalization and institutionalization of poverty on poor mostly minority segment of the population.

It's not that there is a lack of police presence, in fact police presence is very rampant in impoverished areas.

For realz...?

You have people on this board downplaying coronavirus based on the numbers and when I contextualize it with parody based on the murder counts being outpaced drastically by coronavirus it goes over your head and I'm the dumb frick...

That's rich
