Here is a choice ribeye from fresh market I did the other day. Notice the difference in the size of the spinalis?
Here is a prime NY strip from Rouses I did recently.

There are ribeyes that look similar to yours, but I find that style of ribeye to be the crap end of the ribeyes. And your prime steak don't count as the ones in the pics are choice. Show choice steaks that are better, but I know you can't. I could show a wagyu that would blow both of dems out the water but that wouldn't be fair now would it?
