I worked at the golf course there in college. Beautiful but that places HOA is pretty extreme

If you sort price down, or acreages large to small, you'll see rich guy fantasies sitting for years, with incremental price cuts. I guess anyone who can afford those displays of excess out in the middle of nowhere would prefer to design their own palaces.
