Well hopefully she learns to not run around or associate with pieces of shite because it can ruin your life or someone else in the blink of an eye.

she is likely aware enough to know what went down and transpired afterwards. The question is then is she complicit by not reporting the matter to authorities.

Yes, really. im not saying throw the book at her and lock her up. I'm saying a 13 year old knows right and wrong in that situation. Was she traumatized or threatened to keep quiet and that factored into her decision? Sure that's possible. All that factors in but it's still a question that has to be answered.
