Toyota Highlander 2008 168,000
Not the first mechanical problem

Recently traded in 2008 Prius with 172,000. Again, not the first problem.

I have had numerous Toyotas, all well over 100,000 and no problems. Hard to get anything else.

Currently drive a 17 Ford escape with 12k on it. Prior to this drove a 03 Chevy Silverado that had 220k when I sold it.

I think everyone should edit with any work put into the vehicle minus routine maintenance. If you needed a new transmission and an engine rebuilt, it should be noted.

2002 Mazda B3000 - 330,000

Had tranny rebuilt twice (2nd time was still under warranty). Otherwise, I have done typical maintenence and replaced brakes, alternator, hoses, etc. It needs a new front end in the worst way now, though.

98 Toyota Landcruiser with 310K

Never left stranded, but did replace hoses and radiator, serpentine belt (all rubber products regularly), water pump, cam seals, ball joints, rebuilt tranny, rebuilt alternator.

You cannot ask for better from a 20 year old vehicle.
