Seriously, check out the Coravin. I saw it at a bar in lafayette. It pushes a needle through the cork allowing you to try the wine then re seal the cork.
But I could see how it could be utilized for some

It replaces the wine with Argon. The cork, if stored correctly, should re-seal itself. The site says it should preserve the wine just as effectively as if you had opened it.
