They used to hide their crime stats, and control what got out in the papers. Now, because their State is a broke piece of shite, and they need the Feds money, they are reporting(actually undereporting) crime and crime numbers and the City is being exposed for the crime ridden Liberal City it is.

That's appalling. While Chicago typically has its crime limited to a segregated area, it's still an embarrassment that this can be a normal statistic in any city in the US.
