North of the Village? Why do you want to go on the lake tomorrow?

Not at all. If I'm being honest I should probably stay home but we've been searching for a while and something that we like finally popped up.

Based on the videos our realtor sent I'd make an offer but my wife, understandably, wants one of us to lay eyes on it before making an offer.

My realtor is local to the property so we'll see what the weather looks like there in the AM.

that cat is subtle bragging and referring to a small lake southeast of my city which is a nice lake for sure and he wont be adding to the overpop and traffic in my town because it is on the far outskirts yerp

Great question. I respect your gumption for asking, because my profession and occupation is to draft very important documents with precise grammar.

I would rather underuse punctuation than overuse it in this context

My writing is like Faulkner - stream of consciousness accentuated with a lack of punctuation becuase this is not AP language arts or a work email

If you're talking about the little-known Cedar Creek Lake in Arkansas, I would absolutely wait. That's due west of me right now and getting the thickest of the snow and sleet. It's piled up on the roads here and I live in a much more populated area

No issues with 33, I feel like I recognize the name from some crazy DFW flight tracking, but I could be wrong.

I don't know about on the ground conditions, but based on the radar it looks like the Texas version of Cedar Creek would be completely clear. If you MUST go, I think you'd be fine. But that's based on what's happening now/has happened so far

My impromptu snow gauge is up to 3.5 inches so far here in central Arkansas, looks like we might get close to doubling that by tomorrow morning looking at the radar
