Not Gleason - the guy doing the voice was talking about himself, saying he was going to hell.
ETA: Not like it matters, the "going to hell" comment would've been the LEAST offensive line used in the bit.

I could barely get through it, I wanted to punch something. When I first heard the news I did have a thought maybe people were blowing up over a stupid joke, but this is so much more. They deserved to be fired.

I think he meant it as HE, the speaker, was going to hell. But it can be left up to interpretation no doubt.

The same Ain't fan idiots who are apologists for a bounty program, you know the "kill the head, and the body will die" one, that may have have caused or exacerbated degenerative brain disorders in their opponents will now cry that Atlanta fans are classless and mean.
I feel sorry for Gleason, and what he's going through, but he's a hypocrite. Paying to knock players out of a game is okay, but he doesn't want his kid playing it.
A commenter on PFT pointed out that he should've made fun of Stephen Hawking and no one would've said a word

He can't read either because that isn't what he said at all, he said he didn't play until he was 14 and he doesn't expect his son should either......
My kid isn't playing organized until he is in 7th grade, just like me(if he wants to).

I heard it. The guy imitating Gleason should be fired, no question about it. How he hasn't been fired yet is beyond me. The other two deserve to be suspended for a week or two, but not fired.
