re: Do I feel guilty for watching the Saints Sunday morning???

You should do whatever you want/feel the need to do screw what anyone else thinks.
I think he fully intended to go in after the ball. Either 1 of 2 things happened IMHO.
1. He expected the ball to squirt out (which it did) and tried to position himself accordingly.
2. He realized he had about 3-4 people coming straight at him low. If he had continued to go for the ball its very likely the group of people could have hit him low and caused him significant injury. Notice the way his lower body jumped back similar to when a runner is trying to avoid a tackle coming in low.

I feel like I should mute the game and play the Benny Hill theme right now.

I was glad to not see that last week but to see it again is trouble.

Sorry guys while I think its stupid to ban this I am going to support it.
Before you call me a spoil sport I cringe every time I see Jimmy do this waiting for the one time he hits his wrist wrong and injures himself.
I choose to look at it as a method to protect our teams investment in him.

I could swear the last time I pulled up nfl.com on Thurs they had a live link to the game on their website.

I do give the D credit I am quite pleased with the job the D is doing. I am posting my opinion that the Offense this year has been off. There timing is not there something is missing.

Bite me dough boy.
Offense is Off

Not saying the offense is total crap but they are certainly off the mark. They need to get rid of whatever funk they are in and get the machine tuned up with the bye week.
re: All i know is this offense is not the offense of the past.

Agree run the damn ball I would rather see 3 failed runs to get a first down than 3 forced passes by Brees trying to get a completion to Jimmy.
Chin up Rob this wasn't on you.
Sorry the punt was executed as it should have been they wanted to protect against a run back. The game is on the offense not being able to eat some clock up the last 2 series.
In actuality while you think the hits are not that violent in the younger ages you are not accounting for the fact that their brains are more fragile at that age and it takes less impact to incur an injury than what you think.
I do agree that puberty years will be the most dangerous since you will have potential of kids being at different stages.

Gleason has to be a lock. The other two have a lot of options Manning, Jackson, Roaf, Andersen.

Agree their field always seems to be terrible. Only problem with longer cleats is too long and could increase change of injury.

I am all for it we seem to have better luck with players like this than high round draft picks. What is the injury on Moore?

To me if a player is injured they should be allowed to receive whatever treatment helps them recover. If they are otherwise healthy then it is a different story.

Its off where I am at too. I know the same is true for British Open coverage too could just be something lost in transmission. Since DirecTV has NFL Sunday Ticket my guess is their feed is more direct.
