he might be more suited to play DE in a 4-3 but with his ability, he could play in any defensive front.

Yes they would. Even while franchised, Graham has more value than Gordon. They weren't exactly asking for a ransom for the guy and they still got no bites earlier this season. Teams are terrified that he's going to frick up one more time.
