10 years ago? Knowing everything we do and seeing what we have have now, would you sign up for this?

My answer is 100% yes.

All I ever wanted to see was the saints win it all and I witnessed that in 2009 and was close a few others.

I will be sad though to see it all end like i knew it would once it all came to this.

Hopefully we can get back to respectable

what a stupid fricking question.

The answer is hell no!!!!

A year and a half into a shitty season after we dominated for 3 years and were legit contenders for 7? frick that.

Watched the Saints since 1967. Most here don't know true football misery.

Damn goat. I didn't know you were that old. I've only been around since the mid 80's. I've seen some lean years. Enough to appreciate this run and rebuild.

Of course. Anyone who says otherwise sucks cock by choice.

I would've taken that deal 10 years ago if we won the '09 Superbowl and went 0-16 each of the other 9 years.

10 years ago I would have been happy with the team still being in New Orleans.

So, yes.

Exactly how I feel.

That 2009 season was special and one I will never forget.

I get upset watching the games this year but after each one I find myself being apathetic almost.

I really can't stay mad a these guys.

That's also why I'm kind of ready to see this all come to an end

That's an easy yes.

That Superbowl season alone is worth it. Nothing will ever top the feeling I had from that. Maybe having a child, but that's about it.

Been watching since '88.

I'd do it all again, twice.

I feel bad for being somewhat excited to see how bad this season can get. this franchise needs a top 3 pick badly. We need someone we can build the future around. Right now we are trying to hold on to the final glimpses of hope from a past success and its all but over and done with

if we lose to the Falcons then it will be pretty damned close to being mathematically over and I won't feel so guilty about it anymore.

Agree.

And they won't be here 10 years from now...
