What did he say? Seem like he just liked a post.
Surely I'm missing something.

Liking several posts where people are posting to fire a head coach you spent all of last year and training camp with is a big pretty deal.

Really?

So just for clarification when you like a post it usually means you agree with the opinion and likes on twitter are public. So you are publicly letting it be known that you agree that DA should be fired. I know social media can be difficult for some people to understand.
NFL players don’t go around liking posts of coaches getting fired because they know that one day they may need to depend on that coach for a job. So the fact Lutz did that is a pretty big deal. Its also interesting that his current coach worked with and hired our coach.

I get it but really.
Liking something someone else said is “throwing shade”.
Seems kind of passive aggressive.
If he had something to say it would be more respectable if he just said it.
More manly if you will.

Is it a big deal? His agent was throwing shade when Lutz was traded. He’s bitter about being traded. He’s not wrong, but I wouldn’t put a lot of weight in the thoughts of a former employee

Again former players rarely throw shade at NFL head coaches being fired, especially kickers. Specifically one who’s own head coach hired our current head coach on his staff. This isn’t someone who left Wal-mart for Target throwing shade that they should fire the manager at Wal-mart. What your current and former players think of you go a long way in the NFL.

Experience > Potential
Always. It shouldn’t even be a discussion. DA shite the bed with both our K and P.

Good. DA deserves every bit of it.

While I agree with Lutz likes, he’s butt hurt that he got replaced because he was fricking awful the last two years. I’m happy he’s doing well now but it’s not like DA got rid of an ace kicker to retain an unknown. He got rid of a kicker that had the yips for the last two years to keep a guy with potential. It was a toss up and he picked the wrong guy.

How many disgruntled ex-employees did Sean Payton have? Again very telling that former players are actively bashing DA.
