When watching highlights of other teams, they would always score wide open TDs and it would frustrate me that the Saints never had anything close. Shough steps in and commands the offense and now it seems like every passing TD looks wide open. Moore and Shough could be something special. Can’t wait until we get the interior OLine fixed and we have a running game, this could be an explosive offense.

It really goes to show how many “easy throws” are as much a result of good qb play/good play calling as they are bad defense. Shough’s arm talent, but more importantly is decision making and processing, is head and shoulders above Rattler and that’s leading to a lot of easy looking throws.

Then there’s the added component of Moore having more and more faith (no pun intended) in his QB which is allowing for more confident and consistent playcalling, especially in the red zone.

They definitely have some chemistry between them. You can tell Shough knows exactly what KM wants to attack with each play. He often hits the top of his drop back and immediately knows where to go with the ball.

Olave's TDs against the Jets & Titans were almost the exact same

He starts inside... crosses with the outside receiver who basically sets a pick for him

It's kind of like a wheel route for Olave... Shough just has to put it on him b/c the defenders got crossed up when Olave & the other receiver did their cross action
