That was actually the right play by Carr. When everyone is 20 yards downfield, you have to give it to the guy underneath and pray

It was bad play calling. Honestly thats when you try a screen. Oh wait- thats not in Petes play sheet- too complex.

They throw a 3 yard pass on 3rd and 9 and a 50 yard pass on 3rd and 1. Make it make sense.

It’s funny that when Sean was here it became predictable when they would call screens. So maybe Pete’s now worried about that and figures he’ll outsmart the defense and just never call them

It was definitely the right read……it’s the poor route combinations that are the problem. There have been MULTIPLE instances of two receivers being within a yard or two of each other at the time of reception. And NONE of these playcalls should include routes that are short of the frickin sticks on 3rd down
