he doesn't need to be "better" than any other rookie qb right now, IMO. We've seen enough to know we don't need to spend another draft pick on a QB and that alone is huge.
2026 went from looking like a generational QB class to a pretty awful one. Hitting on Shough in 25, especially considering the moves to get him, is a big win.

1 game above 500. Like this is something meaningful. Had he beaten the Rams it would mean he beat a winning team. Shough has only played average to below average teams besides the rams which was his first start. We have to wait until next year to see how he performs vs a real team.

Yep that same garbage team. Panthers aren't a good team by any means. Bryce Young sucks. Average at best on a good day. Like I said, had WE beaten the Rams, but we didn't.

Any win by a rookie QB with this roster should be celebrated. Two came on the road vs division rivals. Should’ve beat Miami on the road too.
Shough has 3 wins in 6 starts. Dart, Ward, Sheduer have 5 combined wins in 27 starts.

Lmao Rattler had this team in position to win multiple times. This isn't Rattler vs Shough. This is a shite Saints team. But quit acting like he's out there performing miracles. He's beating teams worse than us. That's what he's supposed to do.
